Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Furrbites. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy for details.

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated and postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition—unused, with all tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at cs@furrbite.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and wait for the pickup.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your returned item to complete the process. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • For orders placed using COD facility, you’ll have to share your bank account / UPI details.
